I take great pride in making sure there is communication with each and every customer that I make contact with. I am very honest with the customers about the repairs that need to be done. I follow through with all the paper work and daily tasks of a successful business. I have a great respect with the technicians that I work with, Knowing they have the customers best interest in mind. I know when a customer leaves "OUR" shop they are satisfied with there repairs and leavefeeling like they are family. I get great joy in talking with the customers after there repairs have been made. I know they will be a customer for life. I also feel the compassion when a customer is not satisfied, it is then when "WE" express to the customer their happiness is why were in business. The customers know we have there best interest and safety in mind and will do every thing within our reach to make sure they are happy.
