I have worked for the Conoco Phillips Refinery in Billings Montana for the past 30 years, most recently as a Mechanical Supervisor. I retired this past August 2006. As part of my responsibilities in that position, I carried out the task of watching over the maintenance of a large fleet of Conoco owned vehicles.
Top Tech was the outside contractor awarded the bid to do the mechanical work on these vehicles. The individuals in this company whether in person or on the phone, were professional and courteous in the way the handled our business. I could trust they would have the work done as promised. As always, we had vehicles breakdown that were not prescheduled to be maintained, and Top Tech always managed to squeeze us in to be repaired in a timely manner.
Conoco Phillips was pleased with Top Tech in all the business dealings and felt they bent over backwards to help with the rolling stock of our 50 plus vehicle fleet!

To Whom It May Concern:
I've had the privilege of working with personnel at Top Tech for the last 18 months. They have been completing scheduled maintenance and demand repairs on our Qwest fleet in Billings.
I believe a repair shop should not only complete repairs "right the first time," take care of any warranty issues and do what they say they'll do, but also must communicate continually with their customers -- Top Tech takes great care of our vehicles and communicates the status or any other issue with me constantly!
