They were so busy yet treated myself and many who came and went as if we are the only person there. They took their notice to thoroughly explain and to be sure everyone from the owner to the tech to myself was on the same page. In a time when everything is less for the money, they took my car for a wash and left a thank you card inside. They have a clean sitting area, phone chargers, water and coffee, everything to make you feel comfortable during your wait. On the day I came in, some people in the shop had summer vacations so they were short handed but still remained patient and calm. The owner was training and he was patient with his staff, explained exactly how to provide service and even reminded staff to say thank you when making a phone call before they made it. With a very busy shop, the details are not overlooked and this kind of experience will keep them busy with dedicated customers, including me. I can't speak highly enough about the way they treat everyone. They are also hiring techs for very good pay, if I had the knowledge this is the exact type of boss and coworkers I would want. Again thank you to all of them.
